Biography: Gaia Rancati


Gaia Rancati achieved her bachelor’s degree in Science of Communication and Public Relations at IULM with maximum grade. She wrote an innovative thesis in Employer Branding, with British American Tobacco, which was published in the Employer Branding Review.

She became Area Retail Manager for Max Mara and then RTW & Shoes Sales Manager for Louis Vuitton. In that period she obtained a Master Degree in Management and Leadership at Il Sole 24 Ore Business School and a Master Degree in Social Media Strategy in Ninja Academy.

Actually she’s a Professor in Fashion Retail & Store Management in IED Milan and Italy Business Development Manager for Multisearch AG (International Service Check), the most important industry of retail search and mistery visits all over the world.

She’s also CEO for URC (UfficioReclamiChiuso), a training and business networking society and mentor in the startup program Alimenta2 Talent inside Parco TecnologicoPadano.

She’s a Coach and a NLP Master Practictioner. She speaks Italian, English and French.
